A couple of boys leave an alleyway at dusk with boxing gloves and back packs, while a lady waits at the end of the alley watching the audience and the boys, and two men talk across the bonnet of a car parked in the alleyway. Over the road, another alleyway descends into the distance and apartment buildings form the skyline. A bright reflection of the opposite roadway features in a puddle in the alleyway. This work is a finalist in the Tasman National Art Awards 2025.
